I’ve ordered from Penningtons a few times now and, i’ve been happy with the quality. I was a little unsure at first, but the tops don’t get all weird after one wash, and the jeans feel sturdy while still being comfortable. The sizing has been fairly consistent too, which is a big help. The prices aren’t always the cheapest, so I do hesitate sometimes before ordering, but the clothes seem to last, so overall I feel good about it.

Not bad at all. I was just looking for something reasonably priced, and this felt worth it. Prices seemed fair most of the time. For the money, yeah… I’d say it’s a good deal.

I’ll admit, I kind of assumed the refund was going to be a whole thing the second I had to return something that didn’t fit. But i judged too fast. The money showed back up on my card way sooner than I expected, and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth. Super easy overall.

I ordered a couple of tops from Penningtons, and one of them fit really weird, so I had to send it back. The return process wasn’t impossible or anything, but I definitely had to poke around more than I expected just to figure out what I was supposed to do.

The exchange option was the part that annoyed me most. It felt like every time I thought I understood the next step, there was another little condition or workaround, like they kept moving the goalposts. I gave up and just returned it, then placed a new order instead.

The refund did eventually come through, so at least that part worked. It just took longer than I thought it would, and overall the whole thing felt more clunky than it needed to be. Not a disaster, but not exactly smooth either.

I’ve found some really cute tops at Penningtons, and I do like a lot of their styles, but the selection isn’t always there. Not sure how to explain it, but some seasons feel like everything has the same kind of print or just looks a bit older than what I’m looking for. I wish they had more trendy options in the store instead of mostly online. Overall it’s not bad, but I think it could be better.

I placed the order after dinner one night while I was half-watching TV, and everything showed up just the way I chose it. The sizes were right, the colors matched what I ordered, and nothing was missing from the package. Simple, but that’s all I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it

I actually had a smooth time using the Penningtons website. No issues on my end, and I’d definitely use the site again

I do like a lot of the clothes from Penningtons, but the sizing can put me in a bit of a mood sometimes. One top in my usual size will fit perfectly, and then another one will feel way too tight or weirdly loose. It makes ordering online kind of a gamble, which gets annoying. It’s not a huge deal, but I really wish the sizing was more consistent.

The fit was good overall. It ran true to size for the most part, just a little longer than I expected. Still really happy with it!

I found a few really cute things I wanted to order, but by the time I got to checkout, the shipping cost just ruined it for me. It felt like the total kept turning into a moving target, just when I thought I knew what I was paying, another cost made it less worth it. The products look nice, but the shipping makes it hard to justify.

As someone who’s plus size, comfort is a big deal for me, so I was pleasantly surprised. They washed well too, which I’m calmly choosing not to over-celebrate. I’d definitely buy them again.

I’ve gotten some nice deals here when I catch a sale, so that’s definitely a plus. Shipping was okay, but not exactly fast, and that can be a little frustrating. I’ll probably keep checking back for sales, but if the shipping doesn’t improve, I might start looking elsewhere.

I really like shopping at penningtons because they have real plus-size options that don’t just feel like oversized, shapeless clothes. Like, actual jeans that fit, bras that are comfortable, and pieces that still look cute. The models on the site help a lot too, a lot, because it’s easier to picture how things might actually look on me.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the good stuff sells out quickly, and sizing can be a little hit or miss depending on the item. But even with that, I keep coming back, I really do, because it’s one of the few places where I feel like the clothes are made with plus-size bodies in mind.

The shipping was way slower than I expected... like, it felt like I was waiting forever!!! I get that delays happen, but wow, this took way too long!!

I actually found my size, which felt like a small miracle, but a few of the colors I wanted were already gone. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little heartbreaking in the moment.
